This page describes the public RunByOps website, operated by Kevin Ly in Sydney, Australia. Access to a client’s systems or records is agreed separately as part of that work.

Enquiries and bookings

When you contact Kevin, the details you choose to share are used to respond and discuss the work. A first enquiry only needs a description of the problem. You do not need to send customer files, financial records or login details.

The booking links take you to Calendly. Calendly handles its booking form and confirmation. LinkedIn links take you to LinkedIn. Those services have their own privacy settings and policies.

Optional website analytics

If you choose “Allow analytics”, this site loads Google Analytics to measure page visits, booking-link clicks, email-link clicks and template downloads. Google receives technical information about the visit and uses analytics cookies to recognise a browser. Information may be processed outside Australia.

RunByOps does not load Google Analytics before you allow it. Choosing “No thanks” leaves the site and downloads available. Your choice is stored in this browser so the site can remember it. Browsers that send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal are treated as declining analytics.

These events do not include enquiry text, email contents or booking details. A click on a booking or email link is counted as a click, not as a completed booking or enquiry. Advertising features and automatic enhanced measurement are disabled in this setup.

Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawing permission stops this site’s analytics and removes the analytics cookies it can access. It does not erase data already received by Google. Ad blockers or browser settings may also prevent measurement.

Hosting and downloads

Netlify hosts the website and may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure it. Templates can be downloaded directly without providing an email address.
