Worked example · Invented data

Five jobs.
Five clear next steps.

This is what a useful admin handover looks like: what the source says, what can happen next, and who needs to decide.

These five examples were created to show the service. They are not customer records, a live AI run or measured results. No messages, invoices or bookings were sent.

The owner's weekly note · Sample

Two gaps to follow up.
Three decisions to bring back.

Photo and PO requests are drafted. One invoice pack is ready for review. One payment claim needs verification. One proposed visit needs confirmation.

Nothing here is marked complete just because somebody asked for it. In real delivery, each follow-up would have the specific date agreed for that customer's processing window.

Different kinds of evidence

The sample shows the work.
My own records show the habit.

The sample above is a deliverable demonstration. The saved ledger snapshot comes from the back office of my own consultancy. Neither is a client case study.
